Important Program Update – HP Supplies Rewards Program Closure

The HP Supplies Rewards Program has been rewarding members for purchases of Original HP Toner, Ink and Paper since August 2008. In an effort to ensure programs deliver the most value to customers HP has recently reviewed the HP Supplies Rewards Program. Due to a number of factors, including engagement levels and member feedback the decision has been made to end the program.

Key dates for HP Supplies Rewards Program Closure

• November 2011: last month to receive points
• Mid-December 2011: November points will be applied to your account
• 31 January 2012: last date to redeem points
  (as per Clause 1 in the Program Terms and Conditions over 30 days has been provided to
    claim any points)
