How the program works
If you have not already, register your details by clicking the register now link, and you'll receive a customer ID which will give you access to your account.
Purchase HP Genuine Supplies and with every $100 spent you'll earn 200 points (offer available until 31 October 2010). So the more you purchase HP Genuine Supplies, the more points you earn and the more prizes you can select from our online catalogue.
To redeem points and earn prizes, simply log on to www.hp.com.au/suppliesrewards and use your customer ID to view and track your reward points online. Then find something you want, follow the redemption instructions and we will deliver it to your door.

Membership Eligibility
How do I become a member HP Supplies Rewards?
HP Supplies Rewards is simple, free and available to all except existing HP Supplies Channel Health customers.
When your membership is set-up, you will be given a Network ID. This ID will appear on your first email statement and should be quoted on all redemptions or enquiries about the program.
By becoming a member of the Program from time to time you will receive emails about the program advising of "hot offers". For those people who have a positive points balance or have transacted in a month, you will also receive a monthly email statement.

Earning Points
How do I earn Points?
Right now, for every $100 spent on eligible HP Original Ink, Toner and Paper products, you will receive 200 HP Supplies Rewards Points. But hurry, this offer is only available until 31 October 2010.

What do I do if I think some Points are missing?
If you believe some points have not been allocated to your account you will need to go to the contact us page and select "Email Us". The details you will need to provide are:
- Name
- Your Network ID
- Daytime Contact Number
- Description
- Points Value
- Date Points Earned
- Business Unit or Missing Transaction
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem?
On the Home page, select log on and then use your Network ID and password. If you are not registered, you will need to select Activate Account.
How long before I can redeem Points?
At the end of each week your points will be loaded into the loyalty system. So you can expect to be able to redeem points on around 3-4 weeks after your purchase has been submitted by your distributor to HP.
Redemption of points is limited to the amount you have on your account. You cannot go into a "negative" points value. If you do not have enough points at the time of submitting a redemption request you will be contacted.
Can I change my order if I order incorrectly?
No. Please double-check the item(s) added to your shopping cart to ensure that you order correctly.
Can I send the reward I redeem to another person?
Yes
Can I send a gift card with the package?
No.
What conditions apply to vouchers when I redeem them?
Terms & Conditions of Vouchers:
Continuous validity - no specified timeframe.
Voucher IS transferable.
Multiple Vouchers can be redeemed.
Alteration to the Voucher makes it invalid.
The Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Voucher cannot be replaced or exchanged once redeemed.

Do my points ever expire?
Points earned during the period 1 August 2009 and 31 October 2009 will be valid until 1 November 2010. Any points earned during this period and not redeemed by 1 November 2010 will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the program at its discretion. In the event of a discontinue of program points earned will be valid for a period of 30 days from the program close date. Any points not redeemed before the 30 day period will be forfeited.
Points earned during the period 1 November 2009 and 31 January 2010 will be valid until 1 February 2011. Any points earned during this period and not redeemed by 1 February 2011 will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the program at its discretion. In the event of a discontinue of program points earned will be valid for a period of 30 days from the program close date. Any points not redeemed before the 30 day period will be forfeited.
Points earned during the period 1 February 2010 and 30 April 2010 will be valid until 1 May 2011. Any points earned during this period and not redeemed by 1 May 2011 will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the program at its discretion. In the event of a discontinue of program points earned will be valid for a period of 30 days from the program close date. Any points not redeemed before the 30 day period will be forfeited.
If I leave my employer can I still use my Points?
Your account will be closed and any points earned will be forfeited
